You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back. In total, you have 28 days to return your product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Provided with any labels and tags
- Returned in its original packaging. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure

1. Send an email to info@1hunna.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. You will receive return instructions from us.
3. Pack the product carefully and send it back to the address below.

Return Costs

The costs for returning an order are for the customer's account, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We advise using a shipping method with tracking. 1HUNNA is not responsible for lost returns.

Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days via the original payment method. Shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded, unless it is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@1hunna.com with a photo of the problem. We will then arrange a suitable solution as soon as possible. Excluded from return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that are visibly worn or washed
- Items without labels
- Items that are custom-made
